My recommandation for this week, the film documentary Weit (Far away). A german couple are travelling from Moscow , through Siberia, Iran, Pakistan, Nepal, India, China, Mongolia, Japan, Canada, Middle America (Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica), Catalonia, France, Switzerland back to Germany without flying at all.
Always give people a chance, go out of your coach and move across the ocean or across the river. Get to know other cultures , walk in their shoes or at least eat their food. Test your preconceptions about other cultures. Replace imagination with experience. Free your mind !
What they are proving is first of all that we can trust each other ! We see the world as we are, if we are not at our best, we would just mirror this in the others. I see people helping each other everyday, let us just focus on the positive and trust people.
