It´s breakfast time !

In order to activate the selfhealing power of our body, we have to give it a signal. A food break is a perfect  signal.
Start with an energizing, healthy and full of vitamins breakfast. I personally love breakfast and I love mornings, they are open windows for so many opportunities.


Today´s Inspiration: smoothie with : forest fruits, soy milk, almond milk, chia seeds, Vitamin C;

                                  Boil with avocado and warm bread.
